This is the story of a wizard who finds himself the unlikely parent of a gentle, sweetly loving (although not small) baby dragon, who is rapidly growing.

With thirty-seven detailed, vividly-colored illustrations, it is an entertaining peek into the world of raising an awkward little one coming into his own in a truly non-traditional family.

Originally intended to be a book without words, a minimum of words has been added to make it easier for family/caregivers in reading at bedtime. It is a book about raising a child who isn't yours, who presents somewhat of a logistical challenge; and, how they make a bond that is forever.
